Neuropsychology. Public health. Evidence-informed practice.

We help people, communities, and workplaces make understanding health a priority.

Exalting Wellness Coaching & Consulting strengthens the way individuals, communities, and workplaces respond to chronic and invisible illness. We blend neuroscience, public health, and health-science-informed practice to create healthier people, communities, and workplaces.

Our Mission & Vision

Exalting Wellness Coaching & Consulting strengthens the way individuals, communities, and workplaces respond to the impact of chronic and invisible illness. We do this by blending neuropsychology, public health, and health-science-informed practice to change how people understand, talk about, and design around health.

Through our Infrastructure of Safety™ model and STAIRS™ Framework, we translate research on brain health, stress, behavior, and systems into evidence-informed wellness, resiliency, burnout-prevention, self-care, and work-life design programs. These frameworks help organizations reduce harm, create safer environments, and make it more possible for people to show up fully in their lives and work.

Exalting Wellness envisions a future where invisible illness is neither ignored nor sensationalized, but recognized as a serious health issue that affects our brains, our bodies, and the systems we live and work in. In that future, people have the language and support to talk honestly about their health, load, and capacity—and those conversations are met with empathy, safety, and clear next steps rather than silence or punishment.

Exalting Wellness exists to help make this future practical and possible, one organization and one community at a time, by applying health-science, neuropsychological, and public-health insight to the real conditions people are living and working in every day.

“Making it safer to live, work, and lead.”Charmaine Turner, MPH, MA, CCWS

MEET THE FOUNDER & CEO

Charmaine Turner, MPH, MA, CCWS

Charmaine is a wife, mother of four, Air Force Veteran, and woman living with MS who has spent most of her life watching what stress, illness, and pressure do to real people behind the scenes.

Eleven years in the Air Force and 15 years in Human Resources showed her how invisible illness, chronic stress, and unrealistic expectations quietly shape people’s lives at work and at home.

She knows from experience that a diagnosis never stays at the doctor’s office—it shows up in meetings, in energy, in memory, in mood, and in whether people feel safe enough to say, “I’m not okay” without fear of punishment. That lived reality, combined with her training in public health, psychology, and coaching, is what pushed her to create Exalting Wellness.

Through her Infrastructure of Safety™ and STAIRS™ Framework, Charmaine turns research on brain health, stress, and behavior into practical tools for wellness, leadership, resiliency, burnout‑prevention, self‑care, and work–life design. Her work is about giving people and organizations the language, structure, and support they need to navigate invisible illness and complex life load with more clarity, safety, and dignity—not just telling them to “be more resilient.”

Charmaine is a Christian, an Amazon Best‑Selling Author, and a leader who believes in servant‑leadership, not savior complexes. She has turned trials into strategy, pain into purpose, and is committed to helping fellow Veterans and community members build lives and workplaces that don’t require them to sacrifice their health to be taken seriously.
